Objectives and Products
To contribute to the strengthening of criminal justice reform processes, with special attention being paid to the issue of implementation.
To obtain and produce specific information on the functioning of reformed criminal justice systems.
To determine the degree to which the changes that were anticipated have occurred and the areas in which this has not occurred because of problems experienced during the implementation process.
To contribute to the enrichment of legal culture in each country in order to reinforce the quality of criminal justice systems.
