The main goal of this project is to implement a learning exercise on the role of civil society organizations in the changes to the judicial system that have been made in Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru in recent years. Rather than presenting an evaluation of the process, the study looks to describe the role(s) that civil society organizations have played in the reforms.
