To evaluate the judicial and legal effects of Women's Rights Tribunals on women's rights, particularly the Chilean experience. |

To create a Guide to women's rights tribunals aimed at resolving disputes that involve women's rights, an experience that has already been successfully developed in Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Panama, and other countries in the region. The creation of the guide responds to the need to continue to implement women's rights tribunals as learning exercises in other countries in the region. |

The Guide and Evaluation will be presented at the InterAmerican Seminar on Gender and Justice, which will be held November 12-14 2003. |
