Objectives and Products
Assess whether the criminal procedure reform processes have impacted, or not, in matters of gender, specifically, to determine how and to what extent a gender hosts to prosecute and punish sexual crimes, and others against physical integrity, whose victims are mainly women
Build tools that enable stakeholders (justice system, ONG's, international agencies and other government agencies) to track the impact of criminal justice reforms in matters of gender and exercise of women's rights .
Identify which aspects of judicial reforms have impacted positively on the resolution of these crimes and what the response has been inadequate.
Under these objectives, legislative changes may be recommended in those cases where it appears to be necessary, or, the modifcación of practices in the judiciary and operators when it sees fit.
The analysis of this information will create tools to generate discussion and training and evaluation elements.
