Information is now a key input for making decisions. The emphasis on having ever more comprehensive, timely and quality is present in all human activities. There have been joined in recent years, regional integration processes which require good information and not only within each country, but to compare it with that of others, especially in areas where the exchange is small. |

Provide a comprehensive view of the judicial systems of all countries in the region, taking into account the structure and features, performance, productivity and reform initiatives underway in each. This is the second version made for the years 2002 and 2003. |
