In Trinidad and Tobago:

International Association for Court Administration To Hold Regional Conference

In an effort encourage the exploration and discussion of judicial innovations in the courts, the International Association for Court Administration (IACA) and the Caribbean Court of Justice will hold a regional conference entitled “Access to Justice: Criminal Law, Commercial Law and International Courts and Tribunals.” The event will be held November 1-3 in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

The following topics will be addressed in the context of reform processes in the Western hemisphere: access to justice, oral procedures, civil and commercial court administration, sentence execution, administrative models for the courts, alternative justice and judicial innovations.
